Blue Screen Of Dead (BSoD) when installing USB Drivers

A few users on Windows 7 x64 OS (with specific PC hardware) experienced a BSoD during Appliance Mini Interface (AMI) driver installation.
How to fix it: to resolve the crash we have updated the Electrolux CDM Driver package to version 4.0 (updated to release 2.08.28 of FTDI CDM driver that include also Windows 8 support).
