The Electrolux Sidekick team is going to update the Sidekick system later this week.
As a consequence there is an expected downtime of the Sidekick application that is planned on Thursday March 15th 2018 from 9.30 AM until 11.30 AM CET.
We expect that the actual downtime will be shorter. You will be informed as soon as the service is up and running again.
You should not raise any support tickets during the planned downtime.
