The Electrolux Sidekick Team is going to update the system during the first week of December 2018.
As a consequence, there is an expected downtime of the Sidekick application that is planned on Thursday December 6th from 2:30 PM until 5:30 PM CET.
We expect that the downtime will be shorter.
You will be informed as soon as the service is up and running again.
You should not raise any support tickets during the planned downtime.
