Starting with version 3.8.0.0, SidekickPC will no longer support Windows XP and Windows Vista.
As a consequence, the SidekickPC Support Team will stop supporting Windows XP and Vista installations starting from 01/06/2019.
Until this date, the Team will solve only the most urgent and important issues that may affect SidekickPC installations on Windows XP and Windows Vista.
After this date, the support for Windows XP and Windows Vista will be permanently stopped.

- Deactivate the license
- Uninstall SidekickPC using the Control Panel
- Reinstall SidekickPC in a computer equipped with Windows 7, 8 or 10 and reactivate the license.
The SidekickPC Support Team will be always available to help users in performing the previous steps.
In the future users should install SidekickPC only on computers equipped with Windows 7, 8 and 10.
